Hogan Realty Group started with one woman and love for Real Estate. Being raised in a family who worked in the industry, it’s no surprise that Kim Hogan would soon follow that same path. After achieving her license in 2009, Kim hit the ground running! She has, and always will, put her clients and great communication at the forefront. This is something she has instilled into her business model, which has brought great success and built Client relationships to last a lifetime. After several years in the business, Kim decided she wanted to take the next step and create her own Brokerage.

Established in 2014, Hogan Realty Group became a boutique brokerage in Central Florida. Our purpose is to simplify the process of buying or selling your property. Ultimately, we aim to make your dreams come true and help you initiate a brand-new chapter in life. The real estate journey is usually a once-or-twice-a-life activity for many, so it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when entering this unknown ground. Some parts of the process have recently become more accessible through technology, but when every buyer has access to the same resources, it’s tough to stand out in a crowd, so the decision is still difficult. From late nights, writing contracts too early morning client calls, we do not work a normal 9 am-5 pm shift. If our client needs us, we are there. No questions asked. (We may need a little caffeine to get us through the days, but we are there). Exceeding our client's expectations is our end goal.
