Kim Hogan
Kim relocated from New York to Florida in 1992 and worked for 24 years as an Event Manager for the Walt Disney World Company. Her experience there, to ensure delivery of above and beyond, quality service proved her dedication to working with clients to fulfill their vision and her attention to detail. This provided a solid foundation to prepare her for a career change in Real Estate in 2009. Kim enjoys the honor of helping Buyers find their dream home and Sellers with the sale of their home. She has the passion and diligence to assist clients while creating a trusting relationship. Her clients feel her sincerity and total commitment to helping them.
Kim opened her own Brokerage, Hogan Realty Group, in February 2014. Hogan Realty Group is a boutique Real Estate Brokerage specializing in Residential Sales in the Central Florida area. Kim built a small but mighty Team to ensure each and every client receives the personal attention they deserve. Kim and her Agents are with you through every step of the transaction, and there after.
